Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Manifestmantra mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Imarti Creations Private Limited ("Imarti Creations", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India with its registered office at 100, First Floor, Block D, Saket, New Delhi 110017, India.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Manifestmantra, or 16 years old if you are located in the European Economic Area. You must use Sign in with Apple to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device.

3. Description of the Service

Manifestmantra is a manifestation and personal growth app that lets you set goals, upload photos, receive daily affirmations, and receive AI-generated visualizations. Some features require a paid subscription called Manifestmantra Plus, which provides additional daily visualizations and related premium features.

4. User Content

You may provide content such as profile photos, goal images, goal text, and custom affirmations ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including through automated moderation and AI generation.

5. Content Moderation

All profile photos, goal images, and goal text are reviewed using automated AI moderation powered by Google Gemini before approval. Content that violates our policies may be rejected. Rejected content may be retained in secure storage for compliance review and abuse prevention. We may use generic rejection messages and do not guarantee that every piece of content will be reviewed by a human.

6. Third-Party AI

Manifestmantra uses Google Gemini (Google LLC) to moderate User Content and generate affirmations and visualizations. Personal data such as your name, photos, goal text, and custom affirmations may be transmitted to Google Gemini for these purposes. Before any such transmission occurs for the first time, the app will ask for your explicit consent separately from these Terms. You may revoke that consent at any time in the app under Settings → Account settings. Google's privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Affirmations and visualizations are generated by AI for inspiration and personal reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite moderation. Do not rely on generated content as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

8. Subscriptions (Manifestmantra Plus)

Manifestmantra Plus is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple's App Store. Pricing, billing period, and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or submit content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or violent
• Depicts or impersonates celebrities or other individuals without authorization
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and generated system prompts, is owned by Imarti Creations or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or these Terms.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data from active systems, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the platform.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMARTI CREATIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and/or communicated through the app. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
