Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Imarti Creations Private Limited ("Imarti Creations", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Manifestmantra mobile application and website.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: user ID, display name, Sign in with Apple identifier, account creation date. We do not collect your email address through the app or Sign in with Apple.
  • Photos: profile photo and goal images you upload
  • Goals and affirmations: goal text, custom affirmations, preferences
  • Device and app data: push notification tokens, app icon preference, widget status, timezone
  • Purchase data: subscription status and entitlement history via Apple
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data via Sentry
  • Consent records: timestamp when you grant or revoke third-party AI consent

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Authenticate you and operate your account
  • Generate daily affirmations and visualizations
  • Moderate uploaded content for safety and policy compliance
  • Deliver push notifications you enable
  • Manage subscriptions and entitlements
  • Improve reliability, debug issues, and prevent abuse

4. Third-Party AI Processing

Manifestmantra uses Google Gemini (Google LLC) to process personal data for moderation, affirmation generation, prompt building, and visualization generation. Data that may be sent to Google Gemini includes your display name, profile photo, goal photos, goal text, and custom affirmations.

This data leaves your device and is transmitted to Google's systems for processing. We obtain your explicit in-app consent before the first transmission to Google Gemini. That consent flow is separate from this Privacy Policy and from general Terms acceptance. You can revoke consent at any time under Settings → Account settings → Revoke AI data sharing.

When consent is revoked, we stop sending new data to Google Gemini, block moderated uploads that require AI review, and stop scheduling AI-generated affirmations and visualizations for your account.

5. Other Service Providers

  • Apple: authentication, App Store billing, push notifications
  • Amazon Web Services: secure storage of photos and generated visualizations
  • Sentry: crash reporting and diagnostics

6. Content Moderation and Retention

Uploaded content is automatically reviewed before approval. Rejected content may be retained in secure storage for compliance, abuse investigation, and manual review. Rejected content is not used to train user-facing AI features.

While your account is active, we retain your content and account data to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete personal data from active systems. We may retain anonymized deletion records (such as former user ID, signup date, deletion date, subscription flag, and deletion reason) without personal identifiers for analytics and legal compliance.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app:

Settings → Account settings → Delete account

This permanently deletes your profile, goals, photos, affirmations, visualizations, device tokens, and related account data, except for the anonymized deletion record described above.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request portability of your data
  • Withdraw AI consent at any time in the app

To exercise these rights, contact team@imarticreations.com. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

9. Children

Manifestmantra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in India, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.

11. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
