Refund Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
Manifestmantra Plus subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Imarti Creations Private Limited does not process payments directly and does not offer refunds for App Store purchases.
1. No-Refund Policy
All sales of Manifestmantra Plus subscriptions and other digital content purchased through the App Store are final. Imarti Creations Private Limited maintains a no-refund policy and cannot issue refunds, credits, or partial refunds for App Store purchases once they are completed.
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you may still submit a refund request to Apple. Apple reviews refund requests at its sole discretion and may approve or deny them in accordance with Apple's terms and applicable law. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
2. How to Request a Refund from Apple
Because we cannot process refunds, any refund request for a Manifestmantra Plus subscription or other App Store purchase must be submitted through Apple's official refund process: reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Manifestmantra Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time on your device via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges.
4. Account Deletion and Billing
Deleting your Manifestmantra account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through Apple to avoid future billing.
5. Free Features and Trials
Manifestmantra may offer limited free features, including a free first visualization during onboarding and a free affirmation period. Any promotional or introductory pricing shown in the App Store is subject to Apple's terms at purchase.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region. Where required by law, you may retain the right to request a remedy through Apple or other authorized channels.
